EASY RETURN POLICY
Our customers' satisfaction is at the first place; returning your order is easy and quick.
If for any reason you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days from the delivery of your order.
The only conditions we ask you to respect are concerning the productt:
- The good must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, defect-free.
- The good must be returned in its undamaged original packaging (e.g. shoe box/dust bag/ plastic package or other).
- The good must have the original label and safety tag.
Choose among refund, store credit or product change by following the procedure below::
The first exchange is free of charge while returns cost €5.00 which will be deducted from the refund. You can return your purchase within 28 days from the delivery of your order.
STEP 1
Pack the item you want to return into its original packaging and put it in an appropriate parcel.
STEP 2
Fill in the above return form. Cut it out and put it inside the parcel. In case you want to exchange your product, please contact us.
STEP 3
Cut and stick on the parcel the return address you can find in the return form. The label is prepaid, you do not have to pay any shipping cost.
STEP 4
Call BRT or visit the website www.brt.it to book a pickup. Choose the cost to be charged to addressee or use this customer code: 1391897. Ship to: Hobb's Srl Via Francesco Baracca 10, 35019 Onara di Tombolo PD.
STEP 5
You’re done! We will elaborate your return within 5 working days from its delivery.
The goods must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, defect-free, with the original label, safety tag and in their undamaged original packaging. Once you remove or cut the safety tag, the product can not be returned anymore.
The refund does not include the shipping costs of the order.

Follow the instructions provided by our customer service to ship your return. Pay attention, the return shipping could take up to two weeks to arrive in Italy.
STEP 5
You’re done! We will elaborate your return within 5 working days from its delivery.
