EASY RETURN POLICY

Our customers' satisfaction is at the first place, returning an article is easy and quck.

If for any reason you are no longer satisfied with your order, you can return the product by informing us within 28 days from the delivery date.

The only conditions we ask you are concerning the product:  

  • It must not have been used, it has to be intact.
  • It must not have been damaged.
  • It must have the label and the original packaging.

Choose among refund, store credit or product change by using the following procedure::

 

The changes are free but the return has a cost of 4,5€ which will be withheld from the refund. Return your article, for any reason, within 28 days from the purchase, following the procedure below.

1. FILL THE FORM

Write your name, the number of order and the reason for your return. Remember to put the filled form into the parcel. In case of return of the article, please contact our customer service to book the your desired size.

2. PREPARE THE PARCEL

Pack the articles you want to give back in the original package and seal it with tape. If you do not have the original package any more, put the items into another suitable package.

3. STICK THE LABEL

Cut and stick the return label that you can find in the form on the parcel. The label is prepaid, so you do not have to pay any shipping cost.

4. BOOK THE PICK UP

Call BRT branch closest to you, or visit the website www.brt.it to book a pickup. Choose the cost to be charged to addressee or use this customer code: 1391897. Ship tp: Hobb's S.r.l. - Via Roma n° 4, 35010 Villa del Conte (PD).

5. GET YOUR REFUND

It’s done! We will process your refund as soon as we get the parcel. Refund time could vary according to the method of payment.
